Hi there!
I have recently published my first book and am about to publish my second. I am a naturotherapist applying my learning from many teachers into a system called the swissplan. it is a lifestyle plan that allows for balance hormonally, enzymatically and with brain chemistry. It is great for energy, attitude, digestion,and assimilation.
