Ralph's Story
Ralph is from Albany, New York. Ralph's schools include Cathedral Academy. Ralph later attended Syracuse University. Ralph worked at D&H Rwy and Vermont Rail System.
Served in the US Army 9/68-8/71; attained the rank of Sergeant/E-5. Basic training at Fort Knox (where the movie 'Stripes' was filmed), Transportation School at Fort Eustis, VA; served at Sattahip, Thailand, and Fort Carson, CO, with 3 months TDY in Viet Nam.

et me go in 2001. Needed three years to retire under the Railroad Retirement System and got them working as a train dispatcher in Rutland, VT.
Now happily retired, still living the townhouse Darlene and I bought in 1975. I should add that Dennis Lewis was indirectly responsible for our getting together. He got a computer date back in Spring '68, and needed a ride up to Canton (in the St. Lawrence Valley), so he called me. I got stuck with his date's cousin the first time we went up (disaster), but was introduced to Darlene the second time. The young ladies were classmates at what is now SUNY Canton. Needless to say, we clicked.
