Ralph Eugene Carter was born May 11, 1941; in Mojave, CA to John O. Carter and Mae L. Carter(Tweedy). He graduated from Mojave High in 1959. Ralph was married to Jarita G. Carter(Dailey) for fifty one years and eight months.
Ralph worked for US Borax, Edwards School District, and Mojave Unified School District as a gardener, custodian, and a maintenance man. He also worked for Five City Hospital in San Luis Obispo, CA, as a maintenance man.
He enjoyed being outdoors, camping, and being with his family.

His siblings Wanda Piatt and Charles Cullen of Silvercreek WA, Erma Wagner and Floyd Wagner of Kerrville, TX, and Carol Armstrong of Kerrville, TX. His in-laws include Charles and Maxi Massey, Keith and Pat Dailey, and Cheryl and Craig Irish. There are numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Ralph is preceded in death by; his parents John o. Carter and Mae L. Carter/Tweedy, and brother Elden L. Carter.
There will be no funeral service held, he hated funerals!!! He didn’t want loved ones to be sad, he just wanted them to remember him for the fun and good times we all had, during his lifetime. The family would like to thank all of the Care Partners Hospice team.
