Ralph's Story
Life
I love the concept of this website, so I will contribute this bio. I am 51. Married to Annie for 25 years. Have two beautiful children, Jenny, 25, married a year...and Alex, 18, and just graduating HS. I came to Nashville, where I live, to write songs. I wrote for Mel Tillis and Charley Pride's publishing companies in the 80's, but now write spiritual songs and sing them in churches. I taught HS English in London, OH, before I quit to sing on the road for two years. Settled in Nashville and got back into education and taught middle school until I became a principal of a middle school four years ago. I was a founding member of the Sanhedrin Move in HS, along with Ric Queen, Charlie Clay, John Krause and various bass ...Expand for more
players. I stayed in the band until it broke up. It has re-formed several times in the past few years, but I was not a part of that. I played in Jamburger, with Dave Harris for two years after that till I got my degree at OSU. At FHHS, I was pretty involved in my class of 69. I was co-president of the art club, co-president of the choir (much to Meyers' displeasure) and won an acting trophey in the play. I got suspended two days by Blose (who called me a piece of trash) for having hair over the top of my ears. One of the happiest days of my life was when I made head principal knowing he never did. Funny how things like that can shape a life. Anyway, I thought I'd put myself out here for those of you that feel the same way.
