Ralph Jr.'s Story
Life
I currently reside in Goodyear, AZ with my high school sweetheart Patricia whom I found again after 40 years and were married going on 2 yrs April. God is good! All My kids (3) and 3 step kids ( 3 girls and two boys ) went to Apollo with (2) Stepdaughters graduating from ASU in 2007 and 2008. My eldest Girl went to Buckeye Union and a grad from Wyoming U. with a degree in theatre and a professional actress/vocalist. (One is a Teacher the other a Public accountant). I wanted to play baseball in college but an incident with a future baseball star changed all that. I studied (ji-do-kwan and hwa rang do )Korean martial Art as a hobby and competed locally. Later, I won three consecutive Amateur AZ State Professional karate Association titles in kick boxing and a former Amateur World Karate Association number one contender. I retired from the ring in 1984. Had a professional offer to box but turned it down to start a family. I had worked for a couple of semi-conductor firms until they closed. In 1989, I went to ESI in Colorado to recieved training in Executive protection from Bob Duggan Founder and President. I graduated with Honors as a level 1A protection specialist I have provided services for Celebrity's, CEO's, and VIP's. I later became a Private investigator. When time permits, I occasionally will write about urban protection strategies and how you can participate in homeland security. I worked for palo verde nuclear generating station as a senior officer protecting it against nuclear sabotage and retired after 34 years. My Step Son served in Enduring Freedom(army reservist)and worked with me. He now is the Director of Security ops. I provide classes on protective strategies and firearm education and home defense fundamentals. My greatest passion is watching my children grow and grandkids. My latest hobby is studying, collecting and restoring old Antique Japanese swords. I also studied Araki Mujinsai Ryu a Samurai Sword Style for 10 years.
God has blessed me with more than I could ever dream of. I am currently enjoying retirement but stay active.
