Bobby's Story
Life
Regarding Mary & Bobby Leon: We have been married since 1972. God blessed us with 2 sons (Robert Jr. & Rene) and 2 daughters (Michelle & Melissa). We have 7 beautiful grandchildren, 4 boys (Israel, Grabriel, Emilio and Jordan) and 3 girls (Isis, Philomena and Carolina). Philomena is no longer physically with us. She became ill with Megoblastoma Cancer at the age of 1 and died at the age of 3 which was 1 1/2 years ago. Megoblastoma is not inherited but is contracted from the Polio Immunization given to infants from 6 months and older. That is how our grandaughter came down with it.
We live in Riverside California in a 4 bedroom 2 bath home in a middle class area. Bobby has worked as a Machinest in the same company for 34 years. He was a forman for 17 of those years. Our oldest son which is father to my grandaughter Philomena moved back home with us when his daughter came down with cancer. We helped him in every way we could be carin...Expand for more
g for his other 2 children while he spent all his time with his baby at Loma Linda University Hospital and then at City of Hope Hospital in Duarte. He is still living with us until he can financially be able to make his move. Our youngest daughter Melissa also lives with us with her daughter Carolina. Our youngest son lives in Riverside with his wife and is expecting their first child in November. Our oldest daughter lives in Riverside with with her husband and 3 sons.
Both our father passed away years ago and both our mother live in their homes.
We can continue forever but know that it can become boring so if anyone is interested, contact us.
