Life I was born in Colorado but raised in Washington. I graduated from Cleveland HS and enrolled in the University of Washington (UW). I worked as a clerk-typist for the I.R.S. during my last year in high school, and continued while a student at the UW. I dropped-out of the UW in the fall of 1973 and joined the Active Duty Air Force. I left for basic military training in Feb of 1974. I separated from the military in February of 1989 and moved to Florida. I worked at various jobs while separated from the military, which included being a CDL- Class A professional truck driver. I returned to military service in 1998. During my military career, I worked as a Fuel Specialist for the first three years then cross-trained into electronics as a Ground Radio Communications Equipment Specialist for about 12 years. I got out of the military after 15 years of service. When I returned to the military in the fall of 1998 as a US Air Force Reservist, I got back into electronics as an Electronic Warfare Technician. Later, in 2002, I cross-trained into Human Resource Management as an Active Duty US Air Force Reserve Recruiter. I was assigned to McChord AFB, WA. I finished the last two years of my military career at McChord Air Force Base in Dec of 2004, I retired from the military after a little over 21 years of service.
