Hey, great to connect with you! Some random thoughts to bring you up to date..... After spending the last 22 years in the high-tech industry working for a number of technology companies including Microsoft and others in London, Toronto and New York City, we're back in the 'Peg! My lovely wife Connie (Swayze) and I have been married for 20 years and she still manages to put up with me! We have 3 girls; Jessica 23, Ashelyn 18 and Aimee 15 that are the keys to our heart and we are so proud of them! I just started RAYRE Consulting and I'll be helping companies with Talent Management (employee recruiting, retention, succession planning, sales coaching and behavioural assessments)solutions. Another passion of mine is volunteering at the United Way of Winnipeg. I'm on the Board of Trustees and serve on the Information Technology Services committee. I love the way that the United Way brings resources together with those in need with the goals to help everyone gain better health, obtain a good education and earn an income to live a productive life. Volunteering at the UW I've learned that Winnipegers have huge, giving hearts. I'm glad to be able to give back to a city that has been so good to me and my family. On the spiritual side, we're heavily involved in Bethel Community Church in Winnipeg and are having a great time meeting new people and doing life through the Word Of God! We participate in a number of different groups at Bethel and realy feel the "community" aspect of Bethel Community Church. I'm told that it "takes a village to raise a child".
