Ramona's Story
The Class of 73 seems like such a loooooong time ago. I married early (73) the "love of my life" I thought anyway. Had a 2 kids boy and a girl...again the "love of my life". Divorced now for many years....he is now my "cousin by marriage"....yup you read that right! Have been single now by choice for a number of years. Have a good relationship with my daughter. Life is all about loving and losing it seems. I am an only child and found out over the years NO ONE loves you like your "PARENTS". I have lost my Mom 10 years ago and Dad 5 years ago. There isn't a day that goes by I don't miss them. I lost my son emotionally somehow. Still not quite sure words, misunderstandings. Life is short and I hold no grudges with anyone.Life is to precious. I now work in the medical field. For the last 23 years I have been a Neuro Technician. Love my job. I have met some great people over the years. I plan on enjoying each day that I have left here, as in a heartbeat it can change forever.I remember high school with a lot...Expand for more
of fun and laughter. After all these years ran into my one of my best friends (Dee Carroll) at he DMV when getting my picture taken. WOW....we couldn't believe it. I have seen Barbara (Reid) when I went to her salon to get my hair done. Years have passed since our graduation. Where they went and what we have did with the years is different for all of us. I try to live life in the "positive lane"...finding good and positive things in life to rest my head on. I can only learn by my mistakes and not judge others. I am happy and at peace. Looking forward to seeing my parents again someday. I hope all who read this has happiness in their lives. It's not material things that brings true happiness. It's the love of one's self and life in general. May you have a spot for God in your life now. Be thankful and grateful for all that you have that doesn't have a price tag. This is what keeps me going. The Class of 1973....37 years ago. Here is to the best years of our lives in the coming years. Make it happen...<3
