At the tender age of 4 something precious was stolen from him by the North Koreans and much of his life has been devoted to invading Pyongyang Harbor to get it back. Randall Meter cannot wrtie "y's" correctly so it is unsure if his last name is Meter or Meyer...or Mexer for that matter. Not much el is known about Mr. Me*er other than the fact that he has indestructible bowels, and on clear nights you can still hear him shouting over a game of smash.".
