Randall's Story
i have been divorced for over 30 years and still single. i have one daughter and one grand daughter.i live in ga. mountains near alpine village of helen. i have been deemed by doctors to be 100 percent disabled,do to mutiple operations and medical conditions. irregardless to what the doctors say i am still here,so guess i proved them wrong. so like it or lump it i am still sucking air, so that is all i have to say to those so called doctors. other than all that, life is good. cant complain, no one listens any way. i left michigan when i became a whistle blower and shut down a refinery where i was working, as they were polluting the environment with hazardous waste, with illegal burial of waste products. things got out of control and i uncovered alot of corruption. i had gotten threats and my dogs were poisoned, it was time leave. i helped the e,p,a, have the refinery production part, of the refinery shut down and disassembled,well so much for now, y"all, see ya for now,i am back! trying to get my life back. 5 years ago doctors gave me less than 2 days to live,i am still here so i guess the good lord is not done with me yet.i have playing around with panning gold, i am not rich yet, but it is still fun. i live in a 34 ft. class a motorhome in the northeast georgia mountains where the climate is great,and trout fishing is also great fun,lots of hunting avialable from deer, hogs, turkeys and alot more, the environment is still fairly clean down here, southern hospitality is st...Expand for more
ill alive and well. i am thankful i have met alot of good people down here. it is a slower pace of life and less b.s. to put up with. i take one day at a time as i am dealing with alot of differant life threating illnesses, diabetes,c.o.p.d.,sleep apnea hypertension and the list goes on,but i am still here. yes it has been 33 years since my divorce and i am getting to the point of maybe settling down with someone nice to be around, if it happens that would be great and if it does not, oh well! i guess i will just keep plugging away. well so much for this session at the key board.
add childhood memories good and not so good. sudbury river in framingham,mass of to sh_ts where you could swim ,fish,take cherry bombs and blow up model ships that you get tired of,to make room for new models.reed welch built the sudbury sinker, a raft that did just that,maiden voyage it sunk, hence the sudbury sinker. kenny knapp who lived on the river,it was in his back yard where another kid in the nieghborhood who could not swim fell in the river from a rope swing started to drown so my friend kenny went in to get the kid and he drowned in his own back yard,while the other kid managed to get to shore. alot of fun on the river, some not so fun.memories i will never forget.oh well childhood memories that i wont forget so much for those days.you learn from your past experiences,so if you learn from good or bad experiences that just makes you that much stronger.
