Randy's Story
After leaving dear ole Somerset High, attended undergraduate and graduate school at then Southwest Texas State, now Texas State, don't ask me....... . Medical school at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston from 1979- 1983, terrific friends and memories from UTMB. Spent the following five years doing a General Surgery residency training program in Dallas 1983-1988, again, great friends and a terrific learning experience, but once was enough.

ere I still practice surgery, though at a much slower rate than in my early years . Two wonderful kids, son 26, daughter 23, both furthering their respective fields of education. Unfortunately, fairy tale marriages often don't last, and I'm single again, but in a real fairy tale relationship with a wonderful lady who is a professor at Texas A&M, learning the Aggie ways.
