tary veteran, Randy takes on the responsibilities of managing PawPADs' daily operational activities, formulating policies and procedures, and planning the use of PawPADs' resources toward achieving our mission.
Professionally, Randy has a BA in Business Administration and an AA in Criminal Justice.
He is a talented canine handler and trainer, and a retired law enforcement officer and detective.
He has experience managing a diverse international work force as an NGO program coordinator, UN human rights investigations manager, and criminal justice advisor, having lived or worked in Bosnia, Kosovo, Honduras, and Afghanistan.
Randy holds "bragging rights" for a silver medal in the Colorado Police Olympics in cycling time trial, crossing the north american continent by bicycle raising funds for the Children's Hospital in Denver, and a prestigious top 5% finish in the challenging "Triple Bypass" cycle event in Colorado, a single day, 120-miles, 10,000 ft. elevation gain ride.
