Life After high school, I attended Freed-Hardeman College (now F H University). Then moved back to Kansas City and helped my dad with the family business while preaching part-time. In 1992, I moved to the country of Latvia, after the break up of the Soviet Union, where I helped establish the church of Christ in Riga, Latvia. I married while living in Riga, then returned to live in USA in April 1995. Lived in Kansas City, MO area until 2000, when my wife and I moved to San Diego. Then in 2001 my wife found someone more interesting, so I returned to Missouri and began working with the church of Christ in Albany, Missouri while preparing to resume full time work in Riga. But I made annual visits to Latvia from 1995 through 2003, sometimes 3 months, but most years about 6 weeks. I worked in Riga from January 2004 until April 2008, when I returned to the USA.
