Randy Williams:  

I was born in Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, on September 13, 1954. At the time of my birth, my mom and beloved father, the late Joe S. Williams, resided in an apartment at 1920 Dodge Ave. in Evanston, IL. In 1959, I began my grade school experience at Jackson Elementary School in Waukegan, Il., ('59-60'). My first Evanston school enrollment was Lincoln Elementary School, ('61-62'); followed by Foster Elementary School '64, '65', and '66'; Haven and Skiles Jr. High School's in ('67'). and E.T.H.S. beginning in ('69'). My stay at E.T.H.S. was short lived and ended in me being forced out/in Dropout status after being removed from South Hall and reassigned/forced into the "Extension School Program" based upon a juvenile arrest and detention records of Cook County Audy Home and 2 commitments to the Illinois Youth Commission in 1967 & 1968. In 1981, I obtained a G.E.D., following which I took some career development life skills classes through Joliet Jr. College and later obtained a Certificate/Certification from Sauk Valley College as a Small Engine Mechanic. I grew up in Evanston as the second born in a lawful marriage consummated in HOLY Wedlock. I grew up a an unloved if not unwanted child in between two siblings who were greatly beloved by both parent's. Consequently I grew up to become a self-destructive personality who was unaware of the subconscious impulses and urges to hurt myself and/or others based upon perceived projection of maltreatment and rank injustice in my home and school life. It wasn't until the 4th decade of my life that I discovered the underlying dynamics behind my reckless and self- destructive attitude and conduct, and in that act and process resolved to become a law abiding citizen and to lead and live a law-abiding and socially acceptable lifestyle.
