Randy is from Selma, California. Randy is married with Pamela (Grinuck) Howard. Randy's schools include Castro Valley High School. Randy later attended Chabot College, California State University East Bay (CSUEB),and Fresno Pacific University. Randy worked at Victorian Education Department in Victoria, Australia, Selma Unified, and Armona Union Elementary School District. Randy and Pam have three adult children, 9 grandchildren and a great grandchild on the way.
