Ray's Story
After a long college stay at Eastern Oregon College and Oregon State University (Go Beavers!), my wife (Sue) and I lived in Central Oregon/Bend for 28 years, raised three kids, worked as an administrator at Central Oregon Community College, then moved jobs to Chemeketa CC in Salem, then move again to Clackamas Community College in Oregon City also as an administrator. Kids are all grown. Rachel is the lead singer for their band “Cloverdayle” (have opened for Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum, Tim McGraw, Brad Paisley, Jason Andean, etc.) and lives with her husband in Nashville, TN. Todd's a Major in the US Marine Corps, lives with his wife and their kids on base in...Expand for more
Georgia. Lindi manages a large Srarbucks in downtown Nashville. Still play basketball and softball although injuries take much longer to heal! We stay busy with a beach house near Pacific City. It's all fun, keeps us active and relatively young. I retired, but I'm not good at it!! So.....went back to work at Tillamook Bay Community College. After 3 years I re-retired and started a company......continue to write and manage grants and do contracted workforce development projects. Sue teaches piano to 30 students every week out of our Tualatin home.
It was fun seeing so many people at our 40th reunion......I look forward to the 50th reunion, September 22, 2018!
