Ray Jones:  

Ray is from Mena, Arkansas. Ray is married. Ray's schools include Milford Mill High School/Academy. Ray works(ed) at Retired, RETIRED AND LOVING EVERY MINUTE OF IT!. Worked at ABC Freight Forwarding, then became the Operations Manager in Washington, DC for them. Supervised the unloading of RR cars and Trailers, sorting the freight, loading 15-20 delivery Trucks a day, over saw 50-60 men daily and kept track of all the deliveries. Got tired of that and became a Service Writer for a VW Dealership. We got interested in SCCA, Sports Car Racing That lead to starting my own VW business, Building Engines, servicing the customers cars and more importantly, building Race Cars. We eventually were the NE Div Champions in Formula V, Ending in an invitational race at Daytona in 1971. Had lots of fun, just didn't make much money... We bought our 2nd house in Edgewater, Md on the South River to raise our 3 boys. Over the next 25 years, I worked as a Master Tech for Toyota, Honda and retired from the Annapolis Acura Dealer in 1999.
