Ray's Story
After leaving "the hallowed halls" of Kelly I earned an undergraduate degree in English and secondary education and later a graduate degree in reading and learning disabilities from DePaul University in Chicago. I taught English and became a reading specialist at Hinsdale Central High School for 32 years. o the western suburbs. After accumulating 60 hours beyond my masters degree, District #86 "made me an offer I could not refuse." In 2000 at 55 years old I took advantage of early retirement. For the last 13 years I wintered in a ninth floor co-op in Fort Lauderdale, FL and summered in a 20th floor condo in the Gold Coast on North Lake Shore Drive. Contact me at rcw215 at aol dot com.
