Ray Tavenner:

CLASS OF 1972
Cheektowaga, NY

Ray's Story

Since School, I've visited and lived from one end of the country in California, to The other coast in New Jersey. Both about five miles from the shore. The first place I visited and lived was in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where my friend and I lived at a free school as voluntier teachers and helpers, that his uncle ran, and was principle of. We lived in pit houses, underground, which was a cool experience. The best place I was at was when I lived in Phoenix, Arizona. Boy it was hot there. I lived there for almost 4 years. From there, I moved back to NY, and been here since. All the things I did during these times is a lot to share. So I'll let it stand here, unless you want to know about Music I wrote and put on CD's with a full ...Expand for more
band and anywhere from 2 to 5 singers, all being done by me on a 4-channel recorder. I've done pastoral work, teaching to our congregation, to various different jobs. The last of what I still do is paint pictures with oil or acrylic paints. Haven't done much the past few years, but I love fishing. Had a boat and motor. But I sold that for a down payment on 20 acres of woods where we live now. Been married now for almost 24 years. Have a few marriages behind that. But then I got saved back in 1980. So This one I married, I'm sticking with, You know how it goes, Some days you want a divorce. Then you cool down and make up. I think we call it being human! Anything else you'd like to know, just email me. I'll try to get back to you.
