My oldest is married and has two daughters and he is currently serving in the Army in Iraq.(2007) My youngest is still living the single life. Military In March of 1983 I enlisted in the Army and after 4 years I decided to make it a career. My first assignment was at Fort Riley, Kansas. In 1988 I was assigned to Huntsville Al as a recruiter. In 1991 I moved with my wife and kids to Germany where we spent 3 years ...Expand for more
enjoying the european culture. In 1993 we returned to Kansas. In 1998 I went to Korea (alone) for 1 year. (If you've never tried Kimshee you don't know what your missing). IN 2003 I spent my year in Iraq. I was a platoon sergeant in charge of 16 soldiers. The third proudest point in my life (one and two the births of my sons) was bringing all of my men home from Iraq uninjured. After Iraq I was assigned to the armor school at fort knox Ky where I stayed until my retirement in march 2007. I have no regrets.
