Raymond's Story
The picture above is from a recent Disneyworld trip. Jarett turned 8 and Sydney is about to become 5 years old. Sandy and I have been married 13 years and living outside of Raleigh, NC for the last 10.
I joined the Navy 5 years out of Claremont and spent 12 years moving around while serving on two submarines. For those who might know, I served on both a fast attack and a boomer. ve in Raleigh where the ACC is King. I've tried to instill a 'Fear the Turtle' mentality into both of the kids but they like to tease me about NC State and UNC. Ugh!
Jarett is doing great. He's a rising third grader who is full of energy. He enjoys baseball, basketball and ice hockey. Sydney is about to enter kindergarten and I'm not sure that I'm ready for that quite yet. She's growing a little too quickly for me, but I'm sure I'll find a way to deal with it. I couldn't be prouder of both of them. They are great kids.
