Rayna's Story

Life I am happily married, still living in Maryland and have my own coaching and consulting practice. I left a ten year career as a management consultant to start my own business and have never been happier. When I was working as a consultant, I felt as if my soul were dying a little piece at a time every time I walked into the office. I was doing meaningless work that didn't make a difference in people's lives surrounded by people counting the months and years until retirement. I couldn't do it any longer. So I got certified as a professional coach and now coach individuals and executives on what gives their lives meaning. Life coaching is a fairly new profession, similar to counseling, but rather than looking at the past and why things happened, in working with a coach, clients look toward what they want their life to be like and how ...Expand for more
to make it happen. Life Coaching starts with a few questions: Do you feel like something is missing in your life, but you can’t quite put your finger on what it is? Do you have an idea of what you want your life to be like, but just haven’t quite made it happen? Working with a life coach is about taking charge of your life - finding your own personal growth and adventure. It gives you greater clarity and focus, lower stress, more energy, improved relationships, and greater self-confidence. As a certified life coach, I help people get “unstuck”, go after whatever has meaning for them and live a life they love. I can't imagine a better job! If you know of a friend that could use a coach or a free coaching session, just have them send me an e-mail message. Life's too short to be anything but delightfully happy with your life.
