He was dating a friend of mine in college -- they broke up after I graduated, and we got together!
My Pets
OUr goldfish, Swimmy, belongs to my daughter Ivy, who is 6. He's a new aquisition. Peekaboo, the chinchilla, is my daughter Louise's pet. He is Great -- very affectionate, entertaining, and SMART. Both my husband, Mel, and I are allergic to most animals, but the fish is obviously not a problem (!) and the chinchilla doesn't shed, and does not smell at all, so we're all happy.

ntent. Her interests are diverse: Science, Trumpet and piano, nature lover, and now an avid reader of, yes, Harry Potter. Ivy, 6, is my social butterfly -- but her lows are as dramatic as her highs. She lives for the chance to be with people, and makes friends wherever she goes. I wouldn't be surprised if she turned out to be either a movie star, or a talk show host! Our youngest is Sylvia, who is now 20 mos. She seems to be a perfect balance between the other two, and is an incredibly happy and active child. She loves music -- put on a song with a beat and watch her go.
