Rebecca's Story
I was not that active in High School but helped out in the school office before and after school. I also helped run the school book store. I was not athletic at all and was a little on the heavy side when I was in school. I graduated in 1965 and went to one year of college.
After that I started working in the Land Surveying profession and finally worked myself up to being part owner of a company and a registered surveyor in Virginia and Maryland.
I got married and had two children a boy Christopher and a daughter Heather.

I retired in 2002 and moved to Florida in October of that year.
My spouse passed away in December 2008 and I lived alone for more than a year before I found a friend to share expenses with me in my house.
It is a large house with a swimming pool and we each have a master bedroom which works out fine. We also have three dogs and a cat living with us.
I love it here in Florida and play golf several times a week and have taken up learning to play the piano.
I go on cruises and also love spending time in Maine during the summer. That was the state my spouse was from.
