Rebecca's Story
College
After high school, I attended Maple Woods full time for two years and earned two AASs (1987), then part time for three more doing transfer credits. I attended William Jewell at night for three years and got my BA in Psychology, summa cum laude (1993). I then attended KU and received my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology (2001).
Workplace

ight. I left the law firm to attend graduate school, where I worked a variety of positions--mostly in mental health. My favorite job would have to have been Clinical Supervisor of Mental Health for the women's prison for the State of Kansas. What fun! Most recently I worked for the Department of Education in Hawaii for three years. What a learning experience! I'm currently a "domestic engineer" and am working for a tiny little person who believes she is a princess (which I will not deny). Toughest job I have ever had!
