Rebecca's Story
I moved to Houston Texas twelve years ago after getting a divorce. I love living here - people are friendly and helpful. It is a very cosmopolitan city with people from all over the world as well as the USA. I teach part time in an adult education program and I have had students from 43 countries in my classes.

I'm a big fan of country music and love when the rodeo comes to town. I have seen a lot of my favorites there including George Stait, Willie Nelson,
Alan Jackson, Toby Keith, Reba McIntyre and others.
We're having a chilly winter this year
but most years you can eat at an outdoor cafe in January and February.
Summers can be very hot but everything is air conditioned.
Lots of singles activities so I keep busy that way.
