Rebekah's Story
Life
After high school, I went to college at Eastern New Mexico University to earn a B.A. in agricultural business. I lost my father to brain cancer 4 days before I left for college and my first year at school was very hard. I eventually decided that a business degree was not for me and chose to wait to finish my degree until I could pick a different major. I went back to school 2 years ago after I moved to Nevada. I am working on my bachelor's in education to become an elementary school teacher. I live in Las Vegas, NV with my husband and 1 cat and 2 dogs. in the next few years. I spend most of my time working on school and at my job at the teacher's credit union here in NV. Most of my family moved here as well so I spend time with them and we like to hang out with our friends and go to movies a lot. We like to go camping, but haven't had the opportunity much lately. We also like to travel and I have had a chance to go to Alaska and visit my sister Erika, who is stationed there with her husband who is in the Air Force. We like it here in Vegas, but will probably end up making our home somewhere in Colorado in the next 5-7 years, depending on school and when we have children.
