Regan's Story
I've been living in Florida since 1981 when I moved here with my best friend, David Leinweber, who is now a proffessor at Emory University's Oxford campus in Ga. We lived on the beaches for almost a year. Man do we have some stories to tell. Anyway, I spent 25 years in West Palm Beach where I met my wife Dana of 23 years. We now live across the street from the Ocala National Forest in Altoona FL. pop 88 SALUTE!!! 45 min. from Daytona, Ocala or Orlando. We operate an Appliance Service Company and have 3 sons. They are Daniel 17yrs. 6'4", Adam 19 yrs. 6'8", and Zac 21 yrs 6'5". They are all Music Majors in College. Zac and Adam spent a couple years at Lipscomb in Nashville but are finishing up here.

inely love the Area. This is a great place to live. Hunting, Fishing, Watersports, Theme Parks, Sunshine and did I mention the Sunshine. They don't call it the Sunshine state for nothin'. I do miss the people of West Ky from my youth at Farmington High School. Do ya'll remember my grandpa the night time custodian. No not Lubie "RACK" Wade, though I have fond memories of him too. Often referred to as "brother Hall", my grandpa, W.W. Hall was primarily a preacher in W.Ky. churches of Christ for decades and Doctor Larry Hall's father. Seems there were a lot of preachers at FHS. Mr. Canter and Mr. Colley and Stan Colley became a preacher, last I heard. It seems Barry Irvan preached a while as well. I'm sure there are others. Yes, I miss West Ky and my Grandparents who never saw the new millenium, my father Emerson didn't quite make it either, cancer got him in '99.
Hog killings, making molasses at Euell Smith's in Golo and the smell of Dark Fired curing over slabs and sawdust are ever etched into my being from a time gone forever. Live for today, for yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never be.
