Reggie's Story
Life
I have been a very busy brother since H.S.. After high school I enlisted in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman. My tours of duty took me to Europe, Colorado, Saudi Arabia, Korea, Kuwait, and Georgia(U.S.). After 8 & 1/2 years I left active duty and came back home to go to school. I was married which lasted 4 years before my restored single status(LOL). I transferred from active Army to Army Reserve as a Military Policeman and have traveled to El Salvador, Germany, and most recently Kuwait and Iraq with them also. I attended Manatee Community college and am currently enrolled in the University of South Florida. I have worked At Sarasota Memorial Hospital for 10 years now. This brings me to where I am NOW. I'm still a pretty busy cat at times. I work full time and am still pursuing my education. I just try to take travel and fun vacations and chill whenever I can with tight friends and family.
School
I was a Sarasota boy most of my life so for starters. I went to Helen Payne Day Nursery. Then, I attended Booker BayHaven Kindergarden(I learned to tie my shoes there). In elementary school I attended Gocio Elementary School where kick...Expand for more
ball and basketball were the sports of choice. My "Gocio Owl" tile still adorns the 5th(former 6th)grade walls there.
I attended Sarasota Junior High/Middle school. I attended Sarasota High School from 1983 to 1987. I was in R.O.T.C all four years. I played Alto Sax. in the Concert, Symphonic, and Wind Ensemble bands. I was also in the Marching Band until I made Varsity Football which allowed me to still march on from time to time but only for special events when needed. As I stated I played several sports: Junior Varsity and Varsity Football, Varsity Track, and Powerlifting. I was the all around and always friendly dude that could get along with everyone and hang with just about every cliche as well.
College
I started going to college while in the military taking classes when I could. I first attended Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs,CO. from 1992-1993. I then attended the University of Maryland overseas campus in Korea from 1993-1994. I then returned home from the military to attended school at Manatee Community College from 1996 to 2002 part time. I am currently enrolled in the University of South Florida from 2004 to present.
