One of Regina's favorite quotes is:"…….I wanted you to know that I have missed talking to you about the lord and many other topics. (2010 & 2011) are the only years that I have known facebook, but I have enjoyed meeting new people, engaging with all the Christian business professionals. I’m so impressed by all the brilliant successfully minds in this great country & aboard. I relish the idea that “pluralism” exist if we demanded it. A theory of American politics that holds that society’s interests are substantially represented through the activities of groups: like facebook. I believe we can spread this idea or way of thinking across the boarders of American soils. I do believe however, that “majoritarianism” is truly a farce in America. A theory that the majority prevails not only in elections but also in policy determination. In my opinion this was proven when “Bush” was loosing the vote, took two days to recount the vote; miraculously & suddenly he winning. Many including “me” believe “Bush” stole the election causing other countries that viewed it worldwide to bomb our “World Trade Center Towers”, boomed the “Pentagon”, and aimed a bomb at the White House in Washington D.C. It is understood that America is a “political culture”: a deep-seated collective beliefs of particular groups of people. Our country supposedly is built on “liberty”; principles that individuals are free to act, think, choose our own destiny as long we don’t infringe on the rights of others freedoms. America claims to have been established on self-government equality individualism within a larger unit creating “diversity”: a principle that individuals and groups are respected and are a source of the nation’s power. Americans on a large scale refuse “social contracts”: a voluntary governing obliged by the confines of the government. Americans have never been a totalitarian government of autocracy, oligarchy, socialism or communism, system but a “democracy, capitalism system within a constitutionalism country”: an idea that defines limits of power of government over its citizens. However, if Bush can steal and election this is proof that America is really an “elitism” country: a view that the United States is essentially run by a tiny elite of wealthy individuals who control public policy through both direct and indirect means. ills argued this theory and was proclaimed a pessimistic view of the U.S. political system. I believe there is some truth to his theory because as you well know the “Federal Reserve Bank” is family owned. Not under any particular laws of the United States: not delectated by the President and not under government rule. We know that each time the stock market crash it is because the “Federal Reserve Bank” caused it, and history repeats itself periodically. Contrary to belief the “Federal Reserve Bank” set their own rules that govern loan standards of which they will loan money to individuals. Banks only carry out what is allowed by the “Federal Reserve Bank”. When those loans default they are able to buy them back at a lower cost and take control of more assets; giving them sole control of the countries homeownership, and wealth. Example: Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac are both loans that the “Federal Reserve Bank” issued to banks and lenders with the standard rules of loaning money to individuals who had jobs but did not met standards within their income range; and signed them to a term payment that included “moratorium & balloon” payments. Moratorium & balloon financing can be used well if you find a “subordinate financing” Moratoriums best work in commercial properties the “Federal Reserve Bank” knows this; without proper education it is most likely the individual would loose the property. Educated individual can use a moratorium best in a “simultaneous closing with seller financing.” Most individual’s lack this knowledge so the “Federal Reserve Bank” knew those loans would default and they would be able to buy them back at a lower cost. In 1929 the stock market crashed essentially the same idea. The “Federal Reserve Bank” created a panic and people sold their stocks at half the cost, and the “Federal Reserve Bank” was able to buy them all back at a lower cost. It is for this reason that I do share C. Wright Mills theory of “elitism”: that our clever forefathers created a farce of the people that they were in control of themselves while a small elite group of individuals would always control the wealth & power of this country. Very Sneaky! Most American spends their whole life working never obtaining their dreams; and of course Africans, Indians, & Mexicans have always been at the bottom of the ladder. I believe Americans are free to choose within the choices given them to choose, making Americas dream essentially and forever just a dream unattainable for most. ………".
