Of Defense. In 2013 I retired from Federal Gov't. Then, in 2013 due to a disability I had to retired and file for disability. I enjoyed my job and working with our military families. Helping W. I. T. And I was prmoted to accounting clerk and office manager. Now I have lumbar of the spine. Being in pain 24/7 I cannot begin. I will say I thank God for my husband, our son, friends & family for there support espically a few years ago when I had spinal surgery. And my best girl Deveronette we've been BFF for 34 years.

Keith got his stitches out today and the doctor says 3 more weeks before he starts PT. Doc is please how he’s doing and you see his buddy directly behind him, making sure he follows doc orders.
Went to doctor today lost 3lbs brings total weight loss now for the year I have lost 130lbs. I am so proud of myself I still have some more weight to lose.
