Rena's Story
Wow where has the time gone, we are already 50 going on 51. I'm married for the second time to my husband David, we have been married for 25 years. David has 4 children from his first marriage, and we have 2 children. I am a stay at home mom now I worked for many years at Wesco doing accounts payable and receiveables. Then we bought a house in Riverside and I decided that I would open a daycare so I could be home with our daughter Stephanie. a handful. I spend most of my time now helping with the high school band, both of our kids were and are in it. I run the hospitality part of it so I am in charge of feeding the kids and handling any big events we have that involve food. I had breast cancer in 2003, went through chemo and radiation lost all my hair, that was awful, but everything is good now. Our daughter is a junior at UCR and our son is a junior in high school. We have 6 grandkids from the older kids. I spend a lot of my time redecorating our house and shopping and spending time with my friends.
