Renanne (Anne) Mobley:  

After graduation, I went to work for Jones Hamilton Chemical company in Newark then on to municipal government for City of Union City as an Administrative Secretary. Met and married hubby #1, had two kids Rena Marie (1969) and Douglas (1971), lived in the Bay Area (Newark, Fremont, Union City) then moved to South Lake Tahoe in 1976 where we built a house. Lived there 10 years all the while working for the City of South Lake Tahoe. Divorced after 16.5 years. Met Bill in the middle of the divorce on a blind date and married my wonderful man a year to the date later. We have been married since 1986 when we relocated to the Bay Area to Pleasant Hill. During that time I worked in municipal government: City of Orinda, City of Pleasant Hill, and retired from the Contra Costa Water District after 14 years at the end of 2004. Since then I have changed profession and have become a merchant. I own and operate White Rabbit Boutique in downtown Martinez. I am completely at home with my purple walls and fantastic merchandise and I love what I do. It is "a little bit of Berkeley, a little bit of Santa Cruz, and something in between."
