Rene''s Story
After high school, I attended Davis & Elkins College in Elkins, WV. After graduating in 1967, I went to work at State Farm Insurance in Bloomington, IL as a computer proagrammer. After that, I went to work for Xerox Corp. in Webster (Rochester) NY. I then relocated to the Washington, DC area where I have lived since 1978. traditional IT and started working as a data base administrator for USF&G Insurance in Baltimore. Starting in 1988, I became an independent IT database contractor and have continued as such to the present time. My company name is MRGPQ, Inc. and I currently support database activities at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
My passion is baking food pies (Quiche) and dessert pies.
