Renee's Story
Life
For those of you that knew me in high school, of course I work in the automotive industry. Since high school, I have worked for Honda, Chrysler, and two automotive suppliers to the big 3. Being that the automotive industry was the first global industry, I have been able to travel the world. I have been to almost every city in the United States. I have traveled to Canada, Mexico, Japan, China and South Korea, So far, I have been to 11 countries (read on). What a beautiful planet God made for us to enjoy! As for my marital status, I am still single with no kids. While I am looking for "Mr. Right", I have two cats and a house that keep me very busy.
College
After working at Grimmer's Service and Bosak Chrysler for years after high school, I went away to college. I graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Automotive Technology. I went on to get a graduate assistantship that paid for my Master's Degree. My Master's is in Industial Technology.
College was a blast !!

evelop them, so they can deliver a better product to my company. SKF is based in Sweden. They are the inventor of the roller bearing. I work in the seal division. We make crankshaft, camshaft, valve guide, power steering shaft seals.
August 2008 update:
Since my last entry, I have taken a job as the Total Quality Manager for the SKF Vehicle Service Market (VSM), for North America. For those of you who don't know what VSM is, it is a fancy name for aftermarket. My customers now are Napa, Pep Boys, and other aftermarket houses. It is nice to get away from GM !! Since the last entry, my travels have increased. In 2007, I traveled to France, The Netherlands (Amsterdam is and interesting city), and Sweden. In 2008, I went back to Sweden, The Netherlands, and France again. While in France, I took the high speed train to Belgium, and then to the UK. Since the enery shock has hit, travel has been suspended. I hope the travel band will lift soon, I don't like sitting in an office.
September 2008 update:
We just had our 20 year high school reunion last weekend. Wow, I can't believe I have been out of high school for 20 years ! It was great to see everyone. Everyone still looks great.
