Renee's Story
Life
I retired in 2005 from the Washington State Law Library after 30 years. I am currently working part-time on a political campaign as a campaign assistant again.
My son is a firefighter and he and his wife have two beautiful and healthy children. My grandson was born in 2002 and my granddaughter was born in 2004. My 93-year-old energetic mother, Lola, and her husband live about 25 minutes from me.

main love is to travel. Latest international travel was to France in 2005. Last year, I visited Arkansas, Tennessee and Kentucky. I have visited every State in the United States.
This year, I have been to New Mexico, Arizona, California, Oregon and Nevada.
I also belong to the Friendship Force, a people-to-people exchange group that hosts or visits with other countries. With other members of the Friendship Force, I went to Korea. I hosted Friendship Force guests from Russia, Korea, Germany, Egypt, England and Australia. President Carter started that concept in 1977.
