Mr. Epps and Mrs. Epps both inspired me (and several generations of students before and after me). Ms. Banks from 4th grade at C.H. eachers whom I believe I owe the most - for the confidence they instilled within me and the knowledge they imparted...I respected Ms. McClees (of course - who didn't) who challenged me, and I totally enjoyed all of my English teachers EXCEPT the one from my freshman year (and Ms. Thang knows who she is)... And amongst Kinston High School's best teachers' list was -last but not least - an English teacher - Ms. Lyndhart (I think that was her name - a short little black lady who carried herself with much dignity and demanded and got much respect in return).
