Life
My Kids
I am finally somebody's MOM. My daughter is a beautiful, intelligent, outgoing and very independent 5 year old little girl. Her daddy and I are already trying to figure out ways to try and keep her away from boys.
My Job
I work for the Finance Department of Chatham County's Government here in Savannah, Georgia. I worked for the City of Savannah Government for my first five years here. While traveling with my 1st husband and his military career - I worked with the Federal Government for several years.
Guess I am slotted to work for the government until I retire (which should occur in about 13 years - and for those of you trying to calculate - I will be about 55.

race Atkins (mom's too), Toby Keith, Kenny Chesney, Shania and Gretchen Wilson - she can sing the hell out of "Red Neck Woman" - guess we live in the "red neck" area !!!! She has already started singing at parties and just sang with her first live band !!!
Update September 2007
Well Rebecca is now 10 and still beautiful, intelligent and outgoinag - still wants to be a country singer - I still work for Chatham County Government (Savannah) I've been promoted to a budgeting/purchasing position at the Sheriff's Dept. (about 450 employees - very large department) and have started counting down - I have about 7-1/2 years left to retirement.
School
Anyone remember Jerry's volkswagon bug that he "pieced" back together and about 13 of us riding around late at night???? Remember it stalling while we were sitting sideways on the Five Mile Lane with a car coming????? Man some of the girls could try out for the horror movies !!
