Graduated Temple University in 1985 with BA in Communications. Began career in broadcast journalism, including several years at WWDB-FM News/Talk as station executive producer. Also served as PR Director at both Philadelphia Magazine and Philadelphia University. Caught the Internet wave early and moved to the technology sector, specializing in strategic & organizational communications - including public/media/analyst/investor relations & employee communications. upporting several different business units including Bell Labs, Lucent's famed R&D division. Awarded MBA in 2004 from Silberman School of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Serving as Officer for the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Technology Section, and on the professional advisory board for Temple University's Strategic & Organizational Communications department.
In October 2006, joined Monster Worldwide, parent of monster.com, the Internet's leading career web site, in the newly created role of Director of Global Corporate Communications, based in New York City.
