Well
Where do I start... Ghee,... well most of you here that know me, also know that after high school i did 17 years of Fire and EMS service... that was one of the best experiences of my entire life so far.. My health forced me to retire from that course in my life, thatsok though because my son is now in the Fire and Ems feild... he will be a paramedic in the not too distant future... I'm so proud of him..
In recent years my health hasn't been so good.. i have had a life long struggle with my weight and last year found out that i am a diabetic... i am on a crap load of meds and so far so good...my A1C is down from 9 to 6.8..
the meds are only treating the illness.
Without change things don't look so good.. I know I need to fix the cause.

For those of you who don't know.. it is a year long process of tests and alot of aother things just to get the green light to even go to the operating room so i am looking at August 2009 for a possible surgery date.
For years i have suffered in silence, and pain... physically and emotionally, and this is what I have to say ... If you or anyone you know is living like this do not continue to live and suffer in silence, and don't worry about what others may think, because what they think isn't worth dying for... do what you need to do!!!
Don't wait until it's too late.. Your life is just that ....yours.. in life people will come and go and if some can't except you for you then that is their problem... not Yours,..
don't let it keep you from being all you can and having a good life.
Don't wait to make that life saving change!
