Richard's Story
Life
Upon graduation from TCHS in 1987, I continued my military career with the U.S.Army. I married Shannon Jean Hosbach in 10/87 in San Gabriel CA. I was discharged from the U.S. Army in 1989 and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. In 5/91 my first child, Rebekkah Leanne was born. e Taylor was born. In 1994 I was hired as a Deputy Sheriff for the Luna County Sheriff's Department in Deming New Mexico. In 1997 I changed to the Deming Police Department (New Mexico) and in 1999 I became a Criminal Investigator with the Deming Police. In 7/2000 I transferred into the Narcotics Division as an Investigator an still in that capacity now.
