Richard's Story
I think registry class was 308, at the top of the central stairway, directly across the hall. Can't remember the name of the teacher. He was a short guy, mostly gray hair, wore glasses and didn't use them to pay attention to me. Played Football in school, still love it. I remember being the only guy in a senior merchandising class populated by gals and taught by Norman Glattree. Hmmm.... How can I remember the teacher's name? WoW, he was my uncle!
Yep, went to USC to play football, hurt my knee. Quit, then attended JC's. I just knew I didn't really need all that stuff taught in higher education classes, but I continued to attend those classes from which I really wanted to learn.

contracted, sold building materials to contractors at the retail and wholesale level.
It was good to me, I was able to quit it all and in '87, bought some acreage and moved to Utah to raise horses, one of my early loves, especially one particular horse, "Scout," buddy of the one named "Silver." Scout was a Paint horse ridden by an Indian named "Tonto." I raised Paints and Quarterhorses, dabbled a bit in thoroughbreds.
Then the earthquake came in '89 and my life changed, a lot. Moved back to California in '97.
Hunted all my life. You name it, I hunted it. Never did fishing until I was 47, what a loss. Still, what a GAIN, when I got to doin' it.
My sense of humor may be my greatest advancement since graduation. I love to love and laugh.
I like long walks, especially, when they are taken by people who annoy me. :)
