Hey class of '75!
Thanks for glancing at my bio. Please email me so we can stay in touch. We can reminisce about the good ol' North Garland days.
OK, back to the present ... yeah, I'm still a writer; guess that's the only talent I have and I'm gonna wear it out. I've been the Director of Public Relations for the World of Outlaws sprint car racing series for almost 15 years. No matter where you live, chances are we race at a dirt oval near you. Our guys run more than 60 events over 100 nights at more than 40 tracks in 25 states each year. Our races are televised nationally, too. I still play tennis, too. Much of the time, it's against kids less than half my age. Whew, makes me wonder if I ever had much energy.
Oh yeah, for all you unattached ladies out there ... I'm newly single. The ex- and I tried for 18 1/2 l-o-n-g years, but couldn't ever get it right. Shoot, we didn't even come close the last six or so. I'm just doing my best to prove there IS life after a failed marriage.
