Richard's Story
Life
My Spouse.
Her name is Erin. She's a Colorado Springs native. Which is pretty rare around here. It's mostly transplants (a lot from California) and military personnel. We've been married since August 2000, which makes it easy for me to remember how many years we've been married. She's my "3rd Time's a Charm" marriage.
My Pets.
We have a cat now. Her name is Meisha. She's a Tortie. I had no idea what the heck that was until my wife told me. But she's a lot of fun. I still have the fish.
My Kids.
I have three of the most beautiful girls in the world. My daughter Tynisha is 21 and lives in Morgan Hill. My 2nd daughter Kaeli, is now 11 years old and lives with...Expand for more
her mom (my 2nd wife) in Aurora, Colorado, and my 3rd daughter Vadreya, is now 9 years old and lives with her mom in Aurora also. Believe me, I'm definately settled down this time.
My Job.
I'm still a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, but I've changed jobs. I now work as a contractor on Fort Carson. It's an Army post here in Colorado Springs. I provide mental health assessments for Soldiers coming and going to Iraq and Afghanistan. There's a lot of controversy about our countries involvment in the Mideast, but one thing that's consistent is the support for the ones who are doing the fighting. You don't have to support the war, but thanks for supporting our personnel in uniform.
