Life
Aloha members of class of 74 and any others I have known or served with.
I'v been in Hawaii since 1979 with my one and only wife, Wendy, whom I met in a little town by Beachwood called Ocean Gate when we were still in HS. We came out here while in the Navy, though I got out in 82. I left hometown right after graduation and basically never went back except for an occasional visit to the family. Wendy and I traveled all around the country, coast to coast numerous times and no place compares to here, for us. After getting out I made a living playing drums in country and rock bands around the islands and doing various construction jobs during the day. abinetmaking shop and only played drums at weddings and small parties. I since gave up my business and work for a friend. Less headache and affords me time for more important things, such as both my daughters and my ministry.
Yes, that's right, my ministry. I had also been studying scripture for all these years, so now I teach it to others that want to study the Bible. I do it a few days a week, give lectures to large and small crowds and study with individuals on a one to one basis. There is nothing more rewarding!
I haven't kept in touch with anyone from school,hometown or the Navy all these years, so I don't know who will remember me. If you do and want to contact me, please feel free. And don't worry. I'm not a religious fanatic, so I won't preach to you unless you ask.
