Richard's Story
Life
Well, where to start. I am living in Idaho and I am doing a job that I love; Law Enforcement. I have been with Caldwell Police Department for over 26 years. I am currently assigned to the the Patrol Division as Senior Sergeant. I completed over 16 years in SWAT as entry, Asst Team Leader, Team Leader, and Command.

I won a gold medal in the 1995 Can-Am Police and Fire games in Bellingham, Wa. for power lifting.
I enjoy scuba and sky diving - I recently got to scuba dive with a 45ft whale shark in Cabo - Amazing.
I do a lot of CrossFit and and work out in our own gym with my brother. I compete regularly in the CF Open and I am ranked #1 in the Pacific Coast for LE officers in the last 2018 Open.
