Mr. Harrington’s vision was quickly realized when he pioneered the first “Quality Management Software”for Executives and Quality Managers. His first software suite titled "The Cost of Quality" sold over a million copies. Mr. Harrington’s success was recognized by INC Magazine who found his company to be one of America’s fastest growing companies.
