Richard's Story
I have resided in Hanover, MA. since 1974. I am raising a now 18 year old granddaughter who is a senior at Archbishop Williams HS. She has been inducted into the National Honor Society and the French National Honor Society and is carrying a 97% plus GPA. We are working assertively on her college/university application process and at this time next year I will be a 77 year old "empty nester". My wife and I were her Legal Guardians since she was a bit over a year old. I am no longer her Legal Guardian as she recently turned 18. I graduated from Northeastern University in 1967 and married Linda L. Schuster (BHS Class of 1964) several months later; We had two children. Linda, was a wonderful woman, mother, wife, grandmother, friend, etc.: ; sadly she passed in January of 2014 in our 47th year of marriage. She was in treatment for 22 months at MGH and is my hero. management; while working at Gillette I attended and graduated from Suffolk University Law School and was admitted to the Bar in April of 1973. I worked in the Gillette Legal Department for 9 years leaving Gillette in 1982 After working for several other companies I eventually went into private practice in 1988. I presently work 4 days a week in my practice, Kearney and Macdonald. I have a wonderful legal partner nearly 30 years my junior which makes for a good blend. I began reducing my schedule this year.. I enjoy my family, friends and colleagues and work in a bit of traveling in the course of the year although the Pandemic has created some adjustments. . I am not on Facebook or related social platforms, at this time, as such intersections can prove challenging for a practicing attorney. As such Classmates is something that was suggested to me as a more inviting alternative. Have a pleasant day, stay safe and I wish any visitors the very best.
