Richard's Story
My career in the military began in 1981. My first assignment was at McChord AFB in Washington State working as an aircraft mechanic on C-141 aircraft. I left Washington for Japan in 1984, where I did two long tours (8 years). I then traveled to Maryland in 1992 to An...Expand for more
drews AFB, MD. My last 10 years in the Air Force was at Andrews AFB until I retired in 2002. I was able to travel to about 60 different countries flying with our nations leaders. I now work for a civilian contractor at Andrews AFB as a 757 and 737 aircraft mechanic.
